E6 notification indicates that your Express Crock could not generate sufficient steam for proper pressure cooking. Check if the Steam Release Valve is in ‘Seal’ position and ensure the lid’s Sealing Gasket is correctly fixed. Add another cup of liquid, reattach properly and restart.
