What is the correct temperature for coffee output on the Magnifica Evo?

The optimal indicative temperature measurement for coffee should be 83°C ± 3°C, measured at approximately 2–10mm from the coffee spout. To perform an accurate coffee temperature test, you should set the temperature to maximum, run 1-2 rinse cycles to warm up the hydraulic circuit, and wait until at least 20ml of coffee has been delivered before measuring.
