How do I set the current time on my digital watch?

In normal time mode, hold L2 for 2 seconds to enter alarm time set mode, then press L2 again to enter normal time set mode where the second digits begin flashing. Press R2 to reset seconds to '00', then use R1 to switch between minute and hour digits, pressing R2 to advance each. Finally, press R1 to set the date and press L2 when finished.
