What is the turnaround time for critical alert notifications?
All critical value limits are informed within 120 minutes to the concerned client through SMS and emails. The SMS facility is available till 8 pm. Critical alert is defined as a value that presents a pathophysiological state at such variance with normal or expected values that it is considered life threatening unless corrective action is undertaken.
