What should I do if the brush bar is damaged or blocked?

If the brush bar becomes obstructed, switch OFF and unplug immediately. Clear away any debris such as hair, then check for and remove any blockages. If you still cannot clear the obstruction, remove the base plate for more access or contact the Dyson Helpline. Clearing brush bar obstructions is not covered by warranty. (Page 11)
