How do I empty the bin correctly?

Empty the bin as soon as the dirt reaches the MAX level — do not overfill, as this may affect performance and require more frequent filter washing. Hold the machine over a bin pointing downwards, then firmly push the red bin release button so the bin slides down and the base opens. To minimize dust contact, cover the bin tightly in a dustproof bag while emptying, then seal and dispose. (Page 7)
