How often should I wash my filter?

You should wash your filter at least once a month to maintain optimum suction power. Your filter must be completely dry before you put it back into the machine, as using the machine with a damp filter could damage it. Leave your filter to dry for at least 24 hours in a well-ventilated, warm place, and don't dry it in a tumble dryer, microwave, or near a naked flame.
