What should I do if my machine is pulsing and won't run?

If your machine detects a blockage, the motor will pulse and you won't be able to use your machine until the blockage has been cleared. Check the main body, wand, and cleaner head for blockages, and make sure all parts are fully reassembled before use. If you try to use your machine while the motor is pulsing, it will automatically cut out. (Page 8)
