Will the machine work in cold temperatures?

Your machine will not operate or charge if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F). This restriction is designed to protect both the motor and the battery. For best battery performance and longevity, Dyson also recommends using Eco or Auto/Med mode. (Page 6)
