How do I clean the brush bar?

Ensure the vacuum is off and unplugged, then press the cleaner head release button and place the head upside down. Push the end cap up fully and pull the brush bar out, then hold it under running water and gently rub to remove lint or dirt. Remove excess water by running your hand down the length, then stand it upright with the closed end at the top and let it dry completely for at least 24 hours before reattaching.
