What do the error codes on the EB Therm 500 display mean?

The EB Therm 500 displays six error codes when a fault occurs: E1 (short circuit room sensor), E2 (interruption room sensor), E3 (short circuit floor sensor), E4 (interruption floor sensor), E5 (internal sensor fault), and E6 (internal over temperature). When any fault occurs, the thermostat automatically turns the heating off. Since the floor heating system is a high voltage installation, all faults must be rectified by an authorised electrician.
