How do I access the diagnostic cycle on my EWM1000 appliance?

To enter the diagnostic mode, switch off the appliance. Press and hold down the START/PAUSE button and any one of the OPTION buttons simultaneously. Then, while holding these buttons, turn the programme selector one position clockwise until the LEDs begin to flash (at least 2 seconds). Release the buttons when done. You can exit diagnostics by turning the machine on and off again.
