Indicates failure in communication between the OBD II system and the ANCEL AD310 scan tool.
? What Causes This
Issues with ignition switch, loose or faulty connections between vehicle's DLC and scanner, incorrect protocol selection, non-compliance of vehicle to OBD standards.
✓ How to Fix It
- Ensure the ignition is ON.
- Verify secure connection at both car’s DLC and the ANC3AD120 end.
- Check whether the vehicle supports OBD II protocol and try connecting again.
- Disconnect, reconnect the connector, wait 10 seconds, turn the ignition on; repeat.
