Error Code Reverse Polarity Alarm
An alarm is emitted when the clamps are connected incorrectly (red to negative, black to positive), alerting the user to improper connections.
? What Causes This
Red (positive) clamp connected to negative terminal and/or black (negative) clamp connected to positive terminal.
✓ How to Fix It
- Disconnect both clamps immediately.
- Correct the connections: red clamp to positive (+) terminal, black clamp to non-moving metal part of engine block or chassis.
- Reconnect and proceed with jump-starting.
