Debris or blockage in the wand, hose, or airways preventing normal airflow.

- Disconnect the machine from the charger.
- Avoid touching the power button.
- Allow the machine to cool down.
- Lay the machine on its back and press the red button on the bottom of the ball.
- Slide the cleaner head off.
- Check the wand and hose for blockages.
- Check all airways and remove any debris.
- Reassemble the machine.
