Indicates a reversed inlet hose situation where the hot supply is connected to the cold inlet and vice versa.

Hot water hose incorrectly attached, and/or the cold water hose incorrectly attached.
✓ How to Fix It
Acknowledge by pressing Cancel button. Shut off valves; reconnect hoses correctly: Hot -> hot connection, Cold -> cold connection.
