Incorrect security protocol settings on the network (e.g. WEP, WPA, etc.), misconfiguration between printer and network device.
✓ How to Fix It
Ensure the router/AP has a supported security type as listed: 'WEP-64b/128b', 'WPA PSK (TKIP/AES)', 'WPA2 PSK (TKIP/AES)' or 'Wpa3-Sae(Aes)'.
