Printhead is failing or not functioning properly, replace with a new one.

? What Causes This

Worn out printhead or incompatible ink cartridge used.

Turn off printer and wait for it to cool down completely.
Remove the faulty printhead carefully from slots.
Insert the new replacement printhead securely in its slot, ensure proper alignment.
