Indicates the power connection is not stable between code reader and vehicle's DLC, resulting in intermittent communication failure.

Loose connector or poor electrical connection at either end of connecting cables; improper installation preventing proper contact in connectors; defective pins within data linkage interface.

✓ How to Fix It

Ensure all connections are tight. Check for bent connector pins and straighten them if necessary before reconnecting reader properly to DLC.
