Error Code [WELD] [CABL]
Weld Cable - An error related to the weld cables has been sensed. A latching error indicating weld cable configuration issue.
? What Causes This
Weld cables are coiled, twisted together excessively, or too long. May also occur with carbon arc gouging if DIG setting is incorrect.
✓ How to Fix It
- Straighten out or shorten weld cables.
- If carbon arc gouging, adjust DIG setting to CARBon ARC (see Section 6-4 for Dynasty, 7-2 for Dynasty DX, 8-3 for Maxstar, or 9-2 for Maxstar DX).
- Press Standby button or turn off power to clear error.
