A portion of the steam continuously escapes from around the rim of the lid during cooking.

Sealing ring not installed, residue on sealing ring or worn-out condition of it.
✓ How to Fix It
Install new seal correctly if absent; clean dirt away using solution if present; replace the sealing mechanism in case if damaged or excessively worn out.
