The battery is over-discharged, indicating very low voltage levels or a failure in the system.
? What Causes This
Over-discharge of the battery to extremely low states-of-charge below 11.1V operational threshold.
✓ How to Fix It
Stop any load draw from the battery and charge properly until restored to appropriate state of health above trigger point (>=12.6 V recover/return voltage as default set table provided in manual).
