Indicates that the starter is inhibited from being reset due to dynamic Thermal Capacity required for a successful start not regained.

Excess usage of motor capacity causing thermal protection trigger before enough cooling can occur.

✓ How to Fix It

Ensure appropriate cool-down period is observed and thermal register has sufficient remaining capacity; emergency override of lockouts may be needed in critical situations (refer to details of Function F071).
