Critical Over Temp or Hardware Failure — The printhead or motor has failed.

? What Causes This

Printer overheating, malfunctioning of internal components including the printer's motors or its heating elements.

Turn off and unplug the printer to cool down.<br>
Perform a cleaning cycle if advised by diagnostics (section on Cleaning).<br>
Contact technical support for further diagnosis and repair as these issues often require replacement of damaged parts.
