How do I install the Evenflo Nurture car seat in an aircraft?

Place the child restraint on the aircraft seat in rear-facing position with the aircraft seat in a fully upright position. Do not use the convenience base. Route the aircraft seat belt through the belt slots on the carrier, then rotate the handle to Position 1 or Position 4. Fasten the aircraft seat belt, making it as tight as possible by routing excess strap back through the belt slots while pushing the restraint firmly onto the seat. The restraint must not move more than 2.5 cm (1 in.) in any direction. (Pages 48-50)
