How do I install the Evenflo Nurture car seat with the convenience base using LATCH?

First, place the base on the vehicle seat on a level surface. Route the lower anchor connector strap through the openings and attach the right hook to the right anchor bar and the left hook to the left anchor bar. Using your full weight, push the base firmly into the vehicle seat while pulling up on the strap to tighten. Double-check that the hooks are fully engaged by pulling hard on the lower anchor connector strap. The carrier must then be locked firmly into the base by placing the front of the seat under the hook and snapping it into place. (Pages 23-24)
