How do I adjust my sedentary alert settings?
Navigate to Sedentary Alert in the Settings menu, then set a start time and end time for alerts if you have been inactive for an extended period. For example, setting the interval to 180 minutes will notify you after every three hours of inactivity. (Page 27)
