How do I turn off the cooling system without unplugging the refrigerator?

Press and hold the On/Off button on the left side of the temperature control panel for three seconds to disable the cooling system. To prevent accidental shutoff, the button does not work unless held for the full three seconds. Note that this disables cooling only — power to lights and other electrical components remains on until you unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet. (Page 12)
