How do I turn off the cooling system without unplugging the refrigerator?

You can disable the cooling system by pressing and holding the On/Off button on the left side of the temperature control panel for three seconds. Note that this only disables cooling — it does not disconnect power to the lights and other electrical components, so you must unplug the power cord to fully cut power. (Page 15)
