You should change the water filter every six months to ensure the highest possible water quality, or after 200 gallons/757 liters of water have flowed through the system. After replacing the filter cartridge, press and hold the Filter Reset Touch Pad for 10-15 seconds until the Green, Amber, and Red lights flash to confirm the reset is complete. (Page 23)
