What fan speeds are available and when are they restricted?

Fan speeds can be adjusted to Low, Medium, or High, except in Auto, Dry, or Sleep modes. In Dry mode, the fan speed is automatically set to Low. The Auto fan feature adjusts speed according to room temperature fluctuations, starting at low speed and increasing as needed. (Page 2)
