What should I do if the door open alarm keeps sounding?

The door open alarm sounds and the door open indicator illuminates on the display when the freezer or refrigerator doors have been left open for five minutes or more. Close the door or press the CLEAR ALERTS button (internal dispenser model) or press any key on the display (external dispenser model) to silence the alarm. Note that if the door is open for 5 minutes, the interior light will also turn off. (Pages 21, 25)
