What safety precautions should I take when using the SANITIZE option?

Use care when unloading the dishwasher after the SANITIZE option has been selected, as contents may be hot to the touch immediately after the end of the cycle. Water vapor from the vent may also be hot, so keep small children away from the vent area of the dishwasher. Note that the sanitize criteria may not be satisfied if there is a cycle interruption, a power failure, or if incoming water temperature is below 120°F (49°C). (Page 3)
