Ensure the plug is tightly pushed into the electrical outlet and check or replace the fuse with a 15 amp time-delay fuse, or reset the circuit breaker. Also verify that the refrigerator or freezer control is not turned to '0' or 'OFF', and note that the refrigerator may simply be in its defrost cycle — wait 20 minutes and check again. (Page 13)
