How do I clean the inside of the refrigerator?

Use a warm water and baking soda solution — about one tablespoon (15 ml) of baking soda to one quart (1 liter) of water — to clean the interior. This both cleans and neutralizes odors. Rinse and wipe dry, and do not wash any plastic refrigerator parts in the dishwasher. Always unplug the refrigerator before cleaning. (Page 5)
