What should I do if the oven temperature is too hot or too cold?

You can adjust the oven thermostat yourself. Press the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO pads together for 3 seconds until 'SF' shows, then press BAKE once to decrease or twice to increase. Use TEMP + to increase or TEMP – to decrease the temperature in 1 degree increments, with adjustments up to ±35°F. Press START when done. This adjustment does not affect broiling temperature.
