How do I clean the inside of my refrigerator?

Use a warm water and baking soda solution — about one tablespoon (15 ml) of baking soda to a quart (1 L) of water — which both cleans and neutralizes odors. Unplug the refrigerator before cleaning, or wring excess moisture out of the sponge or cloth when cleaning around switches, lights, or controls. Do not wash any plastic refrigerator parts in the dishwasher. (Page 15)
