How do I protect my GHD3800 dishwasher from freezing if stored in an unheated place?

If leaving your dishwasher in an unheated place during winter, have a service technician cut off electrical power, turn off the water supply, disconnect and drain the water inlet line and water valve, then reconnect the inlet line. The technician should also remove the plastic sump cover in the tub bottom and use a sponge to absorb any remaining water in the rubber boot. (Page 16)
