What should I do if I have cloudiness or spots on my glassware?

Spotting can be caused by extremely hard water, low inlet water temperature, overloading, improper loading, old detergent, low phosphate in detergent, an empty rinse agent dispenser, or too little detergent. To remove stubborn spots and film, run the Potscrubber cycle for 18-22 minutes, then pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom and complete the cycle. If this doesn't work, repeat using 1/4 cup of citric acid crystals instead of vinegar.
