How should knives and flatware be loaded into the dishwasher?
Load sharp knives with the handles up to reduce the risk of cut-type injuries. Place forks and knife handles up to protect your hands, spoons with handles down, and mix knives, forks, and spoons so they don't nest together. (Page 8)
