What cycles are available on the GSD3100 and how much water does each use?

The GSD3100 offers six cycle options: POTS & PANS (9.3 gal., 63 min.), NORMAL WASH (8.0 gal., 63 min.), SHORT WASH (6.6 gal., 55 min.), RINSE ONLY (2.6 gal., 9 min.), PLATE WARMER (approx. 32 min.), and HOT START (1.5 gal., 30 min. to preheat water before the selected cycle). The HOT START option preheats wash water to the correct temperature and is used in combination with another selected cycle. (Page 8)
