How do I remove spots and film buildup on glasses and flatware?

Use Jet-Dry rinse agent to remove spots and prevent new film buildup on dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, and plastic. For stubborn pre-existing film, run the dishwasher without detergent or metal utensils on the longest cycle, and after 18–22 minutes pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom of the dishwasher and allow the cycle to complete. If vinegar does not work, repeat the process using 1/4 cup of citric acid crystals instead.
