What do the flashing lights on the control panel mean?

Flashing lights indicate specific problems: the Reset light flashing means electrical power was interrupted; the Dry light flashing means there is too much water in the dishwasher; the Wash light flashing means the drain is blocked; and the Rinse light flashing means not enough water is entering the dishwasher.
