What does it mean when the WASH light is flashing on my GSD4210?

A flashing WASH light means the drain is blocked and so clogged that the dishwasher cannot continue to operate satisfactorily. You should check the air gap, check for a kink in the drain hose, and check for stopped-up drains. Note that warranty service does not cover household drain problems. (Page 11)
