What should I do if my dishwasher won't pump water out?

If water won't pump out, the drain is likely clogged. If you have an air gap, clean it first. Check to see if your kitchen sink is draining well—if not, you may need a plumber. If the dishwasher drains into a disposer, run the disposer clear. (Page 19)
