How do I use the Rinse & Hold cycle correctly?

Select HEATED DRY OFF, make sure the door is unlatched, slowly turn the Dial to RINSE & HOLD, then latch the door to start the cycle. Do not use detergent when running the Rinse & Hold cycle. This cycle uses approximately 3.9 gallons of water and takes about 12 minutes. (Pages 10–11)
