Why is my ice maker not producing ice?

Check that the unit is plugged in and the 'Power' indicator is lit, then verify that the water reservoir is filled to the 'Max Fill' line. Also confirm that the 'Making Ice' indicator is illuminated. If the 'Add Water' indicator is showing, you need to refill the reservoir as it is empty or below the minimum fill line.
