How do I reset the GE Universal Remote to factory settings?

To reset to factory settings, press and hold the Setup button until the red indicator stays on, then release it. Press and release buttons in this sequence: 1, 3, 9, and Enter. The red indicator will blink and then turn off, indicating the remote has been reset to factory settings and all programmed codes will be cleared.
