What is the Auto Code Search method for programming the GE Universal Remote?

Turn on your device, press and hold Setup until the red indicator stays on, then press the device button. Point the remote at the device and press Power—the indicator will cycle through 10 codes. Press Power repeatedly until the device turns off, then press Enter to store the code. The red indicator will turn off when complete.
