What is the correct way to use the liquid bleach dispenser?

Pour the measured amount of bleach directly into the bleach dispenser before starting the washer, avoiding splashing or over-filling. The dispenser will dilute the liquid chlorine bleach before it reaches your wash load. Never pour undiluted liquid chlorine bleach directly onto clothes or into the wash basket, and do not pour powdered bleach into the dispenser.
